How would you like to improve the communication in your relationships (with your significant other, parent, child, sibling, boss...) without passing judgment (he always does that... she is always nagging). Perhaps you want to work on yourself? I am a Personal Development Consultant (Life Coach/Counselor) who offers coaching service in our Larchmont office, Patterson office, over the phone or Online-either by email or chat. Everything I do is completely confidential.

I am recommended by Psychology Today magazine:

...who has checked my education/qualifications for you.

In addition to teaching you very cool (and fun) skills to improve communication, I can help you change poor habits such as eating poorly, not exercising, and smoking. I can also address a variety of issues and situations including anxiety/depression, sexuality, and just trying to figure out why you are "just not happy anymore".

I am a Personal Development Consultant. I have been doing online and phone coaching/teaching as well as "in-person" coaching/teaching for many years.  I am not the traditional "And how does that make you feel?" person.  You must be open-minded and willing to learn a few things if you choose to work with me.  I'll probably learn a few things from you as well.

If you have any questions about me or my services, you can chat with me LIVE right now!  Scroll down to bottom of this page and use the blue box to message me.

There are many reasons someone might choose internet or phone coaching over traditional "appointment in the office" type.

¨ Some people don't really have the time to commit to weekly in-person sessions because of their busy schedules.

¨ Some people wish to remain anonymous for a variety of reasons

¨ Some people do not want their families to know they are seeking help

¨ Some people are "not allowed" to get help per orders from a family member

¨ Some people would like to have a session over the phone during their commute home from work

¨ Others just find it convenient as well as effective

¨ "Psychology Today" magazine has checked my credentials and recommends my coaching services on their website.  Go to http://therapist.psychologytoday.com/50301 to see my listing on the "Psychology Today" website.

*If you feel you may hurt yourself or someone else you MUST call 911, or 1-800-SUICIDE immediately. We are not equipped to tread these waters over the computer... Read our disclaimer below and agree to it prior to us working together

.

To find out about the available session lengths and cost click on the "how to pay for a session" link on the left side of this page.  You will also be able to purchase a session right now if you'd like!

If you decide to use our services, we suggest that you have weekly sessions as you would in a traditional therapy model and we require that you have a minimum of two sessions per month in order for it to be more effective.  As time goes on, the frequency of coaching sessions usually decrease as your life is more on track.

We offer other interesting services, listed under the "other services" including Reiki and Dream Interpretation.

For those who are curious whether or not coaching via phone/net is effective, check out this related article about Phone Therapy.

Article: Does Phone Therapy Help?  You BET!

"March 22, 2007--Getting depression therapy by phone may have lasting benefits, a new study shows.  The study included 393 moderately depressed adults who had just started taking anti-depressants.  Participants who got 10-12 phone therapy sessions over a year, in addition to standard depression care showed a greater improvement in depression symptoms than those who only got standard depression care with no phone therapy.  Those benefits lasted at least six months after the last phone therapy session.  The findings appeared in the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology".
